Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to learning materials, all sales of digital courses and programmes on the AIT Platform are generally final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you meet the following conditions:

  • You have not completed more than 10% of the purchased programme.
  • You have not downloaded any of the offline materials or certificates.
  • You submit a written request to our support team detailing the reason for the refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@mathwithhands.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Processed Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via your original method of payment (such as through our payment partner, Paddle). It may take several days for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times.
